Jewish Family & Career Services, in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, is addressing the need for a centralized, community Information & Referral program specific to the programs and services available to people with disabilities. DisAbilities Access assists families in the Jewish community and beyond to reach needed services.

The program offers information on government systems including Medicaid, Social Security and Department of Human Resources as well as school systems, advocacy groups, educational, social and recreational programs and physicians' offices. DisAbilities Access follows up with callers to make sure their referral needs are met.
